At Safety Pro Limited, we aim to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. This policy outlines the terms and procedures for cancelling an order.
1. Cancellation Before Dispatch
If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately.
- Eligibility: You can cancel any order for a full refund as long as it has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse.
- Action Required: Email us at sales@safetyprods.co.uk with the subject line "URGENT: Order Cancellation" and include your order number.
- Refund: Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 2 business days.
2. Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order has been handed over to our couriers, we are unable to stop the delivery process.
- If your order has already been dispatched, it will be treated as a Return.
- You must receive the delivery and then follow our Return & Refund Policy.
- In this scenario, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs for "change of mind" cancellations.
3. Statutory Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations)
In accordance with UK law, you have the right to cancel your contract with us within 14 days of receiving your goods.
- This "cooling-off" period begins the day you receive your order.
- To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision via email or phone.
- Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
4. Custom and Personalized Orders
Please note that orders for custom-made or special-order items cannot be cancelled once production has begun, as these items are tailored specifically to your requirements and cannot be resold.
5. Incorrect Shipping Information
If a cancellation is requested because an incorrect shipping address was provided:
- If caught before dispatch, we will cancel/update the order at no cost.
- If the order is returned to us by the courier due to an incorrect address, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping costs.
